R&D explores in strength of materials creating niche products; Techwell successfully enters into automobile (modification) market in Japan

According to Mr. Lee Jin Fa, president of Techwell Industry, in the course of developing automotive spare parts for automotive modification, the company spending a lot of time in intensively exploring of the strength of materials in order to achieve maximum level, without wasting of materials which is Techwell’s competitive edge in the automobile markets in Europe, North America, Australia and other places, specifically in obtaining trust from the Japanese customers. Techwell always insists on product’s quality based on customer’s specifications.

In demand from the automotive (modification) industry that requires niche superficial products, Lee said Techwell often help the customers and car owners to solve some of the relevant problems and requests, Techwell under went long time to process and produce products with high tolerance for customers to examine and install into their vehicles. This cycle running for more than 30 years now, Techwell customers are mostly satisfied while returning back to them for more new products, usually not yet market in the automotive industry or installed in new cars.

According to automobile market (modification segment), Techwell’s Wheel Spacer (for shaft cushion) is one of the most favorite component parts for car owners to modify their automobiles, which not only spacer does not affect automotive body structure, but also promotes travelling distance and improves road safety. Because the wheel spacer adopter is placed under the body chassis, Techwell’s Wheel Spacer Adopter uses 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, which can be installed in the front/rear wheels that offers better stability, fits into existing size. At the same time, it also assists caliper brake to stop the vehicle precisely. Techwell is accepting various types of OEM’s custom design under any demands.
